Graduated Measuring Cylinder

Before the measurement be recorded, the graduated cylinder must be placed on a flat surfaced to avoid inaccurate reading  of the volume. The next step is to ensure the position of eyes in measuring the volume of liquid must be level to the measuring cylinder not above or below the level of liquid.
